OfA also ˀn$h. In Syriac and CPA the nun is not pronounced but assimilated to the taw, which is thus lengthened. In CPA it is (usually?) not written, hence: abs. ܐܿܬܐ , emph ܐܬܐ

pl. nšyn, nšyˀ; Mand. sg. abs.! atuat; the original taw was spirantized, as in Syriac, but apparently was not so in all dialects
