as per B. Grossfeld, The First Targum to Esther According to the MS Paris
Hebrew 110 of the Bibliotheque Nationale, New York, 1983. The MS is fully
vocalized, but that vocalization has not been entered in the CAL database.
The origin of at least one reading is unknown (a plus at 0207):

The addition to 3:2 by "The Jerusalem Targum" and "The Deed of Sale of
Haman" is omitted here because it appears in Grossfeld's "Larger
Supplements to Targum Sheni" in file 81015.
